(Refunds  & Replacement Orders)

    SWEET RICK'S CANDY & FUDGE SHOP guarantees that the products purchased from our shop are made with the finest ingredients available and fresh when purchased.  All products are made under the guidelines of our local health department.

     All Sales are considered final unless stated otherwise.  Refunds or exchanges will be granted on individual basis.

     If you are not satisfied with what you have purchased,  send me an e-mail message stating the nature of your problem.    I will return you e-mail with instructions.   Before sending your message please read the conditions for refunds, exchanges, or replacement orders that are stated below

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated.   Refunds and Replacement Orders will be granted when the following circumstances apply.  If you find that your order is incomplete, let me know and the missing items will be sent to you as soon as possible. Damaged or spoiled items may be required to be sent back in order to ascertain the problem.  Please follow the guidelines below.

REFUNDS
  1. The item you received is either spoiled or defective.
  2. The item is damaged beyond use.   This applies only to the contents of the container not to the container itself.
  3. Refund will cover only the cost of the item(s)  not the cost of shipping or handling
  4. Lollipops are fragile and may be received broken.  If this happens, the cost will be refunded only if two or more are broken.

 

REPLACEMENT ORDERS.
  1. If the items you receive are incorrect.
  2. The items you receive are damaged beyond use.  This applies only to the contents of the container and not the container itself.
  3. Items may be required to be returned to verify their damage or defectiveness
  4. Damaged Lollipops will either be replaced or the cost refunded, depending on the availability of the item.

 

In order to apply for a refund, replacement, or missing items, please follow these guidelines.
  1. Send an E-mail message to mailto:rgcandyman@sweetricks.com?subject=Refund/Replacement Orders explaining the nature of the problem
  2. Wait for my reply.
  3. I will give you instructions as to how I will handle your request.
  4. If you do not receive a reply to your E-mail within three days, then send me a reminder message.
  5. An untimely response on my part may be due to not receiving your message or I may be away from my computer for an extended period of time.   I will respond as quickly as I can.

Your satisfaction is my goal and I am sorry for any inconvenience that  may have occurred.
